1onion
2 piecesgarlic

Steps

1

Boil the meat to slashed ginger for 10min
2

Fly onion+garlic until it turns golden brown then add tomatoes
3

Add beef and stir for 3min. maintain low heat
4

Decorate with Dania and stir for less than 30 sec
5

Serve with ugali
