Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. Ginger
  3. Dania
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1onion
  6. 2 piecesgarlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the meat to slashed ginger for 10min

  2. 2

    Fly onion+garlic until it turns golden brown then add tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add beef and stir for 3min. maintain low heat

  4. 4

    Decorate with Dania and stir for less than 30 sec

  5. 5

    Serve with ugali
