Heat oil in cooker.

Put rai then put green garlic and green chillies.

Saute for a min.

Add tomatoes cook till oil saperates.

Put carrots and all dry spices.

Mix well. Put chopped methi. Mix it. Add 1/2 cup of water.

Cover the lid and pressure cook it for 1-2 whistles.

When pressure is released serve hot with roti.
