Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and wash your potatoes.

  2. 2

    Slice them to desired shapes and put them in ice cold water for about 20 mins. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel.

  3. 3

    Heat your oil on high heat, till very hot then put in your sliced potatoes and fry.
