Steps

Pressure cook the corn cobs in 3 cups water for 2 to 3 whistles.

And slice off all the corn kernels from corn cob.

Finely chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaves and cucumber.

Take a big bowl add the chopped vegetables and add the corn kernels.

Add chilli powder, salt,pepper powder and garam masala and nicely mix it.

Now add the lemon juice give a nice mix.
- 7
Serve yummy corn salad.
