Mix all the ingredients (except the beaten egg) into a dough.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in a pot with honey and sugar. Cook until softened, then add a little lemon juice and sprinkle with cinnamon powder. Stir and turn off the heat.

Roll out the dough and place it in a tart mold.

Poke holes in the bottom of the tart crust with a fork.

Spread the apple filling over the crust.

Cut the remaining dough into strips.

Weave the strips over the top of the pie.

Brush the surface with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20-30 minutes.
