Steps

Wash lentil and add in coker to boil it.after it get soft cool down it.

Now take a pan and add ghee to it.now add Mustard,jeera,2 dried red chilli, asafoetida and mix well.now add chopped onion and mix well.cook it till onion becomes translucent.

Now add chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste.now add salt to taste and cook for while.

Now add turmeric,red chilli powder, coriander powder,garammasala and add dal.

Now miw well them.then add salt and mix it.add little water and cook for 5 minutes.

Now for tadka take tadka spoon and add ghee,then add Jeera,asafoetida,red chilli Powder,dried red chilli and mix it.

Now pour tadka on dal and serve.
