This fish is cooked in Thai style. Thai people have their signature taste of sour and spicy! Tom Yam is a must have and this dish have some sort of a Tom Yam taste.

This fish is cooked in Thai style. Thai people have their signature taste of sour and spicy! Tom Yam is a must have and this dish have some sort of a Tom Yam taste.
Steps

Clean fish and pat dry. Slit the side body fish to allow the fish cooked evenly. Marinate the fish with a pinch of salt.

Insert 2 stalks lemon grass under the belly of fish. Steam the fish in high heat for 12 minutes. Discard the left over steaming water in the plate. Or you can transfer the fish to a nicer plate.

Mix all the sauce ingredients. Let the sauce boil in a sauce pan. Pour the hot sauce on the fish.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander and serve.
