200 gmsbhindi
250 gmsdahi
as requiredOil for frying
as per tasteSalt
as per tasteRed chilli powder
1 tspChat masala powder

Chop bhindi finely. Heat oil in pan. Deep fry bhindi till crisp. Remove keep aside. In big bowl put dahi whisk to make smooth. Add salt,chill powder and chat masala. Mix before serving add fried bhindi serve
