This is my in laws favourite, I have learned form thier taste. When first time I made this veggie they didn’t like the taste so everytime i taste I make according to thier taste and adjust all the spices. Now they love it always request me to make it so I always make for my mother in law and father in law. Very simple make with onion tomatoes red chilli powder salt turmeric powder dry coriander powder and ginger garlic paste and in wok very quick and jhat Pat.

Fisrt step is to peel the turrai and slice it of then slice onion and chopped tomatoes

Now in a wok add oil onion and cumin seeds fry till it gives pinkish look add now ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 min.Add turrai in it and sauté for again 1 minute.

Now add masala and add 1/4 cup water for bhoonofy all the spices then add tomatoes and close the lid for 10 mins now serve in platter. You can have it with chappati or rice khidchri. It will be cook in 30 mins preparation take 45 mins
