Steps

Peel of the potatoes and cut them to thick wedges.

Boil the potato wedges for 2 to 3 minutes. Switch off the gas.

Drain the water and keep the wedges aside. Cool completely.

Coat the potato wedges uniformly with the mixture of corn flour, black pepper powder and salt. You can add mix herbs (optional).

Heat the oil in a pan on low medium flame.

Deep fry the potato wedges into hot oil.

Stir occasionally till it becomes golden brown and crisp.

Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder and chat masala. Serve with tomato sauce.
