Super easy. My 5 year old loves making these because they don't need rolling out so are fast and delicious.

Super easy. My 5 year old loves making these because they don't need rolling out so are fast and delicious.
Steps

Cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla if using.

Fold in ground rice then flour.

Fold in sprinkles. Divide into 12 balls and flatten onto baking tray, leaving space to spread.

Cool for 10 mins in refrigerator. Cook in preheated oven at 180C for 10 minutes or until lightly golden.

Cool on wire rack and enjoy!
