Ingredients

  1. piecesFull chicken/cut in to small
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Ginger
  4. Tomatoes
  5. clovesGarlic
  6. Salt
  7. Oho and dhania

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a sufuria put chicken and a half cup of water and let it boil until it dries

  2. 2

    Add, tea spoon of cooking oil, onions, garlic and ginger, let them simmer for about 5min

  3. 3

    Add 2full tomatoes, don't cut put them full.. Then cover and let them simmer for 10mins

  4. 4

    Add 2cups of water and fry for about 30min..add dhania and oho and salt..

  5. 5

    Serve with rice,, ugali or chapati while hot
