Wet fry chicken

Steps

Clean your chicken well.

Bring water to boil.

Add salt n tumeric powder.

Add your chicken n boil for 15 mins. As u boil, work on your vegetables, chop n dice them accordingly.

Once boiled, drain it.

In a frying pan or sufuria, add cooking oil n heat it, add onions n let them brown. Add tomatoes n abit of green pepper.

Add garlic n ginger as u mix. Add salt n tomato paste. Mix well then add some little water.

Reduce the heat then add in your boiled chicken. Mix well with your vegetables. Simmer on low heat for 15 mins or until ready. When almost ready, add in the remaining green pepper, put off the heat then add dhania. Mix well then cover for sometime.

Your delicious chicken is ready, serve n enjoy.
