Bread fritters /pakode

Take gram flour in a big bowl. add salt, turmeric and red chilli powder mix well.

Now add little water and with a whisk mix it thoroughly to get A thick consistency batter for pakodas

Heat oil for deep frying. Meanwhile cut the bread slices into triangle shape and keep aside.

Take fresh coriander, green chilli, some garlic cloves 2-3 tablespoons water. put in A mixer jar and blend it well as chutney. Add salt and lemon juice as per your taste. Keep it ready in A bowl.

Now dip the cut bread slices in batter coat well all the sides and place it for deep frying. Fry 2-3 pieces at time.

Flip and fry both the sides well and serve hot with green chutney.
