Clean and cut the prawns into small pieces and cook it with little water and salt. Once done allow it cool

To prepare stuffing In a separate pan add one table spoon of butter add finely chopped onion and saute only till translucent

Add one table spoon maida and stir for few seconds well and add 1/4 cup of warm milk,pepper powder, salt and stir continuesly to avoid lump formation and until it comes to creamy consistency, now put off the flame and add prawns and grated cheese and mix well.. Let the stuffing cool down completely

Meanwhile to preapare pastry. Boil 1/2 cup water in a pan add 1 table spoon butter, salt and add 1 cup flour. Mix well till all dough come together(add additional water if required)

Transfer the dough on a floured surface and Knead until soft and start rolling it into a big round shape, and using a cookie cutter or steel glass cut the round shapes.. Repeat it same on left out sides

Now gently fill in the stuffing into pastry as shown in the pic and fold it, press gently on edges to seal well

Heat oil in pan, deep the rissois in egg wash and roll it in the bread crumbs, deep fry on medium flame until golden brown serve it with Mayo and ketchup
