Steps

Firstly peel the raw banana and cut them into the slices

Then take a sauce pan and add 2 cups water and add the sliced banana,salt and boil them untill they turns soft

Once done turn off the flame and transfer the banana into a mixing bowl

Then add 2 tbsp of rice flour,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Chaat masala,salt and marinate it and keep it for 5 Min

In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil once the oil is heated add Mustard seeds,curry leave and then add the marinated banana slices

Then roast them from both the sides untill they turn golden brown

Once done turn off the flame and your banana roast is ready
