Ingredients

9 people
  1. 7 cupsflour
  2. Quarter margarine
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. Sugar 1 and half cup
  5. 2tablespn yeast
  6. 1 table spoonb/p
  7. Vanilla flavor 1 tblespn
  8. Vanilla butter nut flavor 1tblspn
  9. 1and 1/2 cup water
  10. 3eggs
  11. 2 canssardine

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small pot, put 1 and half cup water add sugar and milk stirr till the sugar dissolved.

    In a bowl stiff flour, add yeast, b/p, margarine mix with ur hands, in small bowl beat eggs add flavor, and beat them, pour in the flour bowl add warm milk and mixed well till u form a smooth dough though it will be somehow sticky, dust lylon with flour and put the dough put in a rubber and allow to rise for 30 minutes

    In a bowl mashed the sardines and put aside, cut the rised dough into balls(same size), dust your working surface with flour, roll 1 ball and put 1 table spoon of sardine, use ur fingers and mashed the edges to make smooth balls (make this process continuously)

    Grease ur pan and arrange them, allow to rise again for 20 minutes, preheat ur oven, brush with milk and bake (i use the down light)

    Use toothpick to chook the middle when it comes out smooth it's done, rub small magarine to make it shine and serve hot
