Ingredients

  • 4 glassboiled chickpeas
  • 1 glasstahini paste
  • 5 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 2lemons's juice
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 glasswater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the boiled chickpeas or blend in blender.

  2. 2

    Add tahini paste and all ingredients and blend well.

  3. 3

    If you feel it thick you can add water. I used half glass of water.

  4. 4

    Serve it with fresh carrot, cucumber, crakers or any type of bread. Enjoy this recipe.
