  • 4green chilies chopped
  • 125 gramYogurt
  • 1 TSPTurmeric powder
  • 1 TBSCrushed Red chilli
  • 1 TBSAll condiments masala
  • 6 clovesgarlic chopped
  • 1Ginger chopped
  • 1 cupoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 TBShara dhniya chopped

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare every ingredient first

    Heat up the oil and add onion, make it soft and add Mince and fry

    Add 1 cup water and cover it and wait till mince cook.

    Once water dry and off flame and serve in plate Garnish with coriander
