Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a frying pan then fry the fish with rubbed salt to bring flavor. Remove the fish from the frying pan upon cooked.

    Heat oil again then saute the onion, garlic and tomato until cooked.

    Add pepper, salt to taste. Add water and bring to boil. Add the fish and simmer 2-3 minutes. And ready to serve. Enjoy
