South Indian Cuisine is popular all over India. Even some of the South Indian dishes are popular and available out of India too.
Generally some famous dishes like idli, dosa , uttappa etc made from rice and dal's fermented batter. Rava dosa does not need any fermentation and it can be prepared instantly. Idlis, dosas etc are consumed as break fast in South India , but we can consume it as a meal too.
