2 hours kay baad imli ko achay se mash kar kay guthliya nikal kar chaan lain.

Pan ma 1 cup pani dal kar pulp us me mix kar daay or flame on kar lay.

Phir is ma half piece gur dal kar mix kary or sath hi red chilli flakes, oe salt dal kay paknay daay.

Imli ki chutney ready hia. Pokaray, samosay, chana chaat, roll, dahi bharay kay sath serve kary.
