Take a bowl add chopped potatoes, spinach, onion, green chlili mix it. Then add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, zeera and mix well. Then add 3,4 tbsp water or more as you required mix it well. Now our better is ready rest for 10 minutes.

Take a wok add oil heat up and add pakoras, fry it from both sides to become golden brown.
