Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgchicken
  • 4 tbspsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tbspsalt
  • 1/2 tbsppeppercorns
  • 1bayleaf
  • 1chilli pepper
  • garlic and onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Simmer chicken with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, garlic and onion

  2. 2

    Remove liquid and fry contents

  3. 3

    Put the liquid back with chilli pepper and bayleaf, add water

  4. 4

    Reduce

  5. 5

    Adjust to taste

  6. 6

    Serve
