In a mixing bowl add milk and milk powder. Mix it there should be no lumps. Keep it aside.

Peel and grate the lauki. Heat ghee in a pan. Add grated lauki and saute it until it's moisture evaporates.

Add sugar and let the sugar melts. Cook for 3 min in a low flame.

Add the milk and milk powder mixture. Add rose water, cardamon powder, and chopped nuts. Cook until the lauki leave the sides of pan.

Switch off the flame. Transfer the mixture into a greased tray. Garnish with nuts and set it for 2-3 hrs. Give a shape.
