Ingredients

  1. 1/2Kilo Pork Tenderloin
  2. 1/2Kilo Pig Liver
  3. 1med can Green Pea
  4. 1 pccarrot large size
  5. 1 table spoongarlic
  6. 2 pcsbay leave large size
  7. 2medium inion slice small pcs
  8. 5tble spoon soy sauce
  9. 5 table spoonvinegar
  10. 1 1/2 table spooncooking oil
  11. to tasteSalt and pepper
  12. Red bell pepper medium size

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking pan and add the cooking oil, and onion, garlic then saute then add pork and cook until light brown.

    Pour soy sauce and water then bring to simmer until the meat tender. Add liver, bay leaves, salt, pepper then cook 5-10minutes.

    Add carrots, pea and red bell pepper and simmer 3-5 minutes until ticken and saucy. Cooked and ready to serve. Enjoy.
