Ingredients

1 hour
3-4 servings
  • for gol gappe
  • 1 Cupsooji
  • 2 spoonmaida/All purpose flour
  • 2 spoonoil
  • 1 Cuplukewarm water
  • As neededOil for fry
  • for meetha pani
  • 1/2 cupCoriander leaves
  • 1/4 cupmint (pudina) leaves
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 pinchBlack salt
  • 1 pinchWhite salt
  • 1 pinchAmchur (dry mango)powder
  • 2 spoonsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly make a dough of suji, maida with 2 spoon oil and lukewarm water

  2. 2

    Leave it for 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Then grind all the mixture of meetha pani in grinder.

  4. 4

    Add 3 glass of water then strain it.

  5. 5

    Now take fry pan put oil in it then after 20 minutes round the dough with roller pin.

  6. 6

    Then fry it on high flame.

  7. 7

    Now your golgappas and meetha pani is ready.

  8. 8

    Fill with boil potato and water.
