  • 1 1/8 cupscooked chickpeas (about 250 grams)
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1/2 cuptahini

Steps

    Blend the chickpeas with the garlic.

    Add the tahini, lemon juice, salt, and cumin, and blend again.

  3. 3

    Serve the hummus in a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil, and enjoy!
