Steps

Roast cumin, variali, cinnamon, clove, elaichi, tamalpatra, cashew and then crush it

Take some oil in a pan and then add onion, tomatoes, garlic, turmeric, salt and roast it

When it comes at room temperature crush it

Take a pan and add oil and ghee,hing and then add the batter of tomatoes and onions and cook it for 10 minutes

Then add the crushed dry masala,red chilli pury, chilli powder, kitchen king masala,coriander powder

Mix it well cook for 5 minutes

Take some butter in a pan and roast the potatoes in it and then add chilli powder, Turmeric powder

Mix it well

Add it in the gravy and add kasuri methi and mix it well

Now garnish it with butter and coriander leaves
