Take a pan heat it and add ghee now roast Suji for 2 minutes at medium flame now add coconut powder mix it well and turn off flame and then add sugar powder and elaichi powder. Stuffing it ready and let it cool down.

Take maida add ghee mix it well now at water gradually and make a dough.. Cover dough and rest it for 20 minutes. Divide dough in equal small portions

Now roll it. Take 2 tablespoons stuffing put in centre and apply water on it's edges and fold it as shown in picture

Now take frying pan. Heat up oil. At medium flame fry ready ghughra till golden brown

Now it ready to serve
