Masala peanuts are chickpea flour coated, fried crunchy, and spicy tea-time snack. It is super easy to make and can be stored in an airtight container for weeks.

Peanuts have many uses and can be used in Chutney, Curry, and snack. Peanuts are mainly used as a supportive element in every dish. Here peanuts or groundnuts are the main items coated with chickpea flour or besan, cornflour, and different masalas.

Like other recipes, this recipe has also required some tips. Like do not use all the water at once, else the batter will become too thin. We required sticky consistency, so pour the water little at a time. Deep fry the peanuts on low flame else the outer cover will cook faster and the main peanut will remain raw.
