Steps

Soak the moong DAAL basmati Rice, chana dal and together in a mixing bowl with water for an hour.
- 2
🌱Heat a cooker with ghee and add cloves, cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- 3
🌱Let them splutter and add all the spices with salt and mix them well.
- 4
Add soaked and drained Moong khichdi mixture in it and let them cook until the cooker releases 3 whistles.
- 5
🌱After 3 whistle, turn off the gas and let the cooker to be cool.
- 6
🌱Serve Moong Ki Khichdi with Gujarati Kadhi for a light and healthy meal.
But i served with mango achar.. - 7
