Grind 5-6 hours. Soaked gram dal with curd and keep it for fermentation. Add salt, asafoetida, turmeric powder, ginger chilli paste,oil, besan & baking soda.

Mix well in one direction and pour the batter in a greased plate sprinkle red chilli powder and steam it in a steamer for 15 mins. Meanwhile mix masala ingredients in a plate to sprinkle on hot ready surti locho.

Serve immediately hot YUMMY Surati locho in a plate taking unevenly in a plate sprinkle marsala, chopped coriander and sev gujiya.
