This is a comfort dish for me, my father used to cook it when I was little. The only reason why I would have this again lies in it's sentimental value. We all have this one thing that we wish to revisit sometime.

Dice up the onion, carrots and potatoes into 1 cm cubes

Warm up your pot/pan/wok, add in the oil, carrots and potatoes in first and saute them for 10-15 min or until half cooked

Add in the onions and saute them till they turn translucent. Then add in the corned beef. Mix it all up and cook it for another 5-10 mins, depending on how brown you like your beef to be. And bam! It's done! Have it with rice or bread
