Chopped or mince the boneless chicken and add all the ingredients, mix it again till well combined.

Take the plastic paper and make a long roll shaped, wrap it in the plastic cover and tie the knot tightly. Boil it in the water for 15-20 minutes.

After boiling place it in chilled water for 5 minutes. Cut the plastic wrap and now fry it till golden brown.

You can also store it in freezer upto 1 month.

After frying cut it in slices and enjoy. You can use these sausages in pizaas, pie, pastas, and many other dishes.
