Steps

First take pan add ghee,green cardamon,and then add semolina roast it for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

Then add milk and sugar and cook it again for 5-7 minutes or until it becomes thick.

After approx 7-8 minutes kheer will become done.

Take out hot it any serving bowl and sprinkle chopped pistachios and almonds..
