Mix all the dry ingredients together, crack the egg & mix, add water to make a soft dough, add the oil in your palm & knead the dough. Allow it for 10mins & then cut into pieces.

Flatten the dough in a clean surface & heat in a non stick pan under low heat. Close in a warmer/steaming bag before use.
