Ingredients

  1. For the Sauce
  2. 3 tbspsweet soy sauce
  3. 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  4. 1 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  5. 8 tbspketchup
  6. 10 tbspchilli sauce
  7. 1 tbspcurry powder
  8. 1tspn white pepper powder
  9. Others
  10. 900 gyellow noodles
  11. 6 tbspcooking oil
  12. 5 clovesgarlic minced
  13. 4eggs
  14. 1onion thinly slices
  15. Cabbage
  16. 2Tomato
  17. Chicken breast 1 piece minced
  18. 4Firm tofu cut into small pieces and fried
  19. Fish cakes
  20. Chilli paste

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

    Dip noodles in hot water for 15 seconds and set aside to drain.

  3. 3

    Heat wok, add oil, cook onion and garlic. Add the chicken stir until cooked well. Add cabbage tomatoes, tofu and fish cakes. Stir and smash all ingrown in low heat. Add the sauce and mix them all together. Add the noodles stir well. Lastly add egg one by one and stir.
