Ingredients

  • For the Sauce
  • 3 tbspsweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 8 tbspketchup
  • 10 tbspchilli sauce
  • 1 tbspcurry powder
  • 1tspn white pepper powder
  • Others
  • 900 gyellow noodles
  • 6 tbspcooking oil
  • 5 clovesgarlic minced
  • 4eggs
  • 1onion thinly slices
  • Cabbage
  • 2Tomato
  • Chicken breast 1 piece minced
  • 4Firm tofu cut into small pieces and fried
  • Fish cakes
  • Chilli paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients for the sauce and set aside.

    Dip noodles in hot water for 15 seconds and set aside to drain.

    Heat wok, add oil, cook onion and garlic. Add the chicken stir until cooked well. Add cabbage tomatoes, tofu and fish cakes. Stir and smash all ingrown in low heat. Add the sauce and mix them all together. Add the noodles stir well. Lastly add egg one by one and stir.
