Heat a khadhai add oil one tbsp,jeera,garlic,ginger,clove, cinnamon mix it well then add onion cook till becomes pink

Then add tomatoes mix it well and cook it till it becomes soft then let it cool then blend it and make smooth paste

Then heat the pan add oil puree and cook it for 2 min then add all masala,salt and mix it well

Then add boiled potatoes mix it well and cook it for 4 min add water if needed,then add coriander leaves and fresh cream mix it well it's ready to serve
