Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspChia seeds
  2. 1/2 cupCoconut milk (or other milk of choice)
  3. 1 tbspShredded coconut
  4. 1 tspHoney or maple syrup
  5. Forrest fruit (frozen one is ok)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the chia seeds, honey, coconut milk and shredded coconut it a cup. Make sure the chia seeds don't stay at the bottom of the cup. You can use a hand mixer to achieve a better consistency.

  2. 2

    Refigetate the cup for at least 4h or overnight.

  3. 3

    When you take it out of the fridge, it will have a pudding-like consistency. Add the forrest fruit on top.

  4. 4
