This sauce goes with basically anything. Any time you feel like there's something missing in your meal, it's probably this sauce.
It's very forgiving as well since you can vary the base a lot, plain natural yoghurt, greek yoghurt, sour cream, or (my favourite) creme fraiche all work just fine.
