In a bowl or plate put mashed potatoes, chopped onions, green chilli,add salt,garam masala, black pepper,red chilli, coriander powder in it and mix it well

Heat oil in kadai and take bread slices and cut the sides.

Dip the bread slice in water just for a second and squeeze off excess water.

Now put the stuffing of ready potatoes placed on the bread and roll with hands very smoothly like cylindrical shape.

Now fry it in heat oil,, stir and fry on medium flame till colour changes golden brown
- 6
Now potato bread roll is ready to serve with ketchup
