My Son Billy made Dinner tonight, I had an off Day. What he made was gorgeous i stood over him to take photos. The reason I toast the inside of the Brioche buns is because they are very soft and will go soggy, while you eat them so toasting them makes them a bit more sturdy and the extra crisp. #mainmeal#Chicken,

Add the chicken to preheated oven 180°C 25-30 minutes

Toast the insides of the Brioche Buns add the spinach. Grill the Bacon.

When the chickens are cooked add the cheese on top, add back in the oven for 30 seconds so as it melts on the chicken

Next add the chicken on top of the Spinach. Then add the cooked Bacon add the BBQ sauce on the top bun.

Serve nice and hot.
