In a clean bowl, mix the flour, sugar&salt. In another bowl crack the egg & mix with the yeast pour 1 cup boiled water & allow it for 5mins, pour onto the dry ingredients & make a soft sticky dough add a little warm water. Knead for 15mins & cover with a clean cloth.

Flatten the dough & use the doughnut cutter to cut, fry in oil at moderate heat. Deep in sugar immediately after frying.
