Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. For dough -
  2. 1 bowlWheat flour
  3. 1 spoonCurd
  4. 1/4 spoonBaking powder
  5. 1 spoonOil
  6. as per tasteSalt
  7. 4-6 spoonsOil / ghee paratha sekhne ke liye
  8. For stuffing :
  9. 1/2 bowlBoiled sweet corn
  10. 1/2 bowlFinely chopped spinach
  11. 1/2 bowleach Chopped capsicum (yellow, red and green)
  12. 1/2 bowlGratted carrots
  13. 1/2 bowlGrated cabbage
  14. 1/4 bowlsFinelly chopped Coriander leaves
  15. 1 bowlGrated Paneer
  16. 1/2 spoonBlack pepper powder
  17. 1/2 spoonred chilli powder
  18. 1/2 spoondry coriander powder
  19. 1/2 tsp.dry mango powder
  20. 1/2 spoonkastoori methi
  21. 1 Spoonginger and green chilli paste
  22. as per tasteSalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a non-stick pan add all veggies, ginger and green chilli paste.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle all the spices and salt and saute for 3 - 4 minutes on the medium flame or until veggies are tender.

  3. 3

    Now turn off the flame, add grated paneer and mix well nicely keep aside for cool, stuffing is ready.

  4. 4

    Mix all the ingredients of the dough and knead daugh by adding a small amount of water until it turn smooth. Grease daugh surface with the little oil, cover it and rest for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Divide the dough into 4 - 5 equal sized balls.

  6. 6

    Dust the rolling board and a ball with little flour. Flatten and roll out the paratha evenly.

  7. 7

    Heat a non-stick tawa. When it is hot enough transfer the paratha on the tawa. After a minute flip it and spread ghee or oil both the side of paratha.

  8. 8

    Now turn the flame on medium and cook the paratha both the sides until brown to golden spots appear, meaning the paratha is cooked.

  9. 9

    Continue follow the process for remaining daugh balls to make and fry all the parathas.

    Veggies Paneer Paratha is ready to eat serve with curd, pickles and chatany. Eat and Enjoy VEGGIES PANEER PARATHA !!
