Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 125 gcream cheese
  2. 45 mlcondensed milk
  3. 110 gshortbread biscuits
  4. 10 mlinstant coffee
  5. 10 mlwhite sugar
  6. 30 mlhot water
  7. 5 mlcocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a glass place the shortbread biscuits at the bottom.

    In a mug mix the coffee, sugar and hot water together.

  3. 3

    Pour about 5ml of coffee mix over first layer of biscuits.

    In a bowl whip the cream cheese. Add the condensed milk and mix together.

  5. 5

    Add a heaped tablespoon of cream cheese mix ontop of soaked shortbread biscuits.

  6. 6

    Dust with cocoa powder. Add another layer of shortbread biscuit. Pour 5ml of coffee mix over biscuit layer.

  7. 7

    Add another layer of cream cheese mix. Dust with cocoa powder, a drizzle of coffee mixture and garnish with broken shortbread biscuits.
