Wash green chilli properly and cut stalk.

Slit chilies vertically and sprinkle a pinch of cumin powder and salt into chilies. Chilies are ready to fry.

Heat oil in tadka pan put chilies on it cover it and cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Add all the dry masala and saute for 1 minute. Toss well. Quick and tasty side dish is ready to serve.
