Steps

First wash and soak urad dal in a bowl for 3 hours. After drain well and blend with greenchilles add very little water in a mixer.

Transfer the dal mixture into a bowl add ginger-garlic paste, hing, salt mix well.

Wet a deep ladle with water pour 1 tbsp batter in it add stuffing in the centre and pour 1 more tbsp batter over it, drop it in hot oil for deep fry,till golden brown in colour.

Note:-(Or u can make your hand wet with water and take 1 tbsp batter and make small pit and our stuffing in between close it with a tbsp batter and deep fry them)

Drain off in a kitchen paper after this soak the vadas in a water for 15 minutes. Squeeze out and drain all the excess water. Keep aside.

Now Take a serving dish or bowl arrange stuffed vadas. Spread beaten curd. Sprinkel a little red chilli Powder, chaat masala, Cumin powder, fresh Coriander leaves, Aloo bhujia.

Serve immediately.
