Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 kgchicken
  • 1pouch tomato paste
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1medium onion sliced
  • 6 pcsbaby potato (halved)
  • 15 pcsstring beans (sliced)
  • 1 tspSugar
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the chicken then add onion and garlic.

  2. 2

    Add water and boil until chicken is tender. Add potatoes. Once stock is reduced add the string beans.

  3. 3

    Pour the tomato paste and let it simmer. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Enjoy.
