Soak 1cup of imli in 1 cup of water for Overnight. with your hands squeeze the pulp from the tamarind in the same bowl. Now take a large bowl. With the strainer strain the tamarind to discard fibers and residues.press mashed tamarind with the spoon while straining to get more pulp out.

For making khatta meetha pani: take imli Pulp in a big bowl. Then add 1/2 tablespoon black salt,1/2 tablespoon red chilli powder, 1/4 tablespoon black pepper powder, 1 tablespoon amchur powder, 2 tablespoon sugar give it stir. Now add 2 cups of water in it. Mix well. Taste the water and adjust the salt or spices as needed.

Add boondi just before serving. Add a few Pudhina leaves also and ice to serve it cold.

For making jaljeera pani : Take a Bowl add 2 cups of water and mix 1.5 spoons of jaljeera powder. Stir it well then add lemon juice and few meshed Pudhina leaves. Add a few ice cubes along with Boondi.
